My first and still my favorite of all the commercials I’ve shot so far, even though I got cut out of the final edit (you can see me in the bottom right of the :30 second still frame above).   Shot in the Sonoran Desert of Mexico, we were miles from anything remotely civilized.  It was impossible not to capture the beautiful scenery  as this “camping” gathering of “Hummer buddies” meet in this dormant volcano, where we light up paper lanterns and fly them into the night sky.  The last night of shooting, there were so many enormous moths and flying creatures flocking toward the spotlights that they all ignited into a ball of fire.
